There was a time my heart felt completely shattered. Whether from loss, betrayal, or the weight of past wounds, I felt lost, disconnected & unsure of how to move forward. It was as if though the pieces of my soul were scattered, & I didn't know where to begin putting them back together. But through a deep journey of self-reflection, prayer & the practice of spiritual tools, I began to heal.

My Healed Heart was founded & created by the wonderful, ever so energetic, loving & helping healer, Josue Robles Arreola.
Josue is someone who knows firsthand the depth of pain and loss- and the incredible strength it takes to rise from it. As a divorcee, widower, he has faced the devasting grief of losing a spouse, the heartache of a broken family, and the overwhelming darkness of addiction.
Once consumed by the grip of alcohol & drugs, he knows what it's like to feel lost, broken, and as though there's no way out. But through relentless self-reflection, spiritual growth, and the courage to seek help, Josue has turned his life around.
Today, he is not only a survivor but a guide for others on their journey of healing. Drawing on his own experiences, he uses his story to inspire those who are facing their own struggles with grief, addiction, and heartbreak.
With deep compassion and understanding, Josue helps others break free from their pain, rebuild their lives, and find hope again. His work is a testament to the transformative power of resilience, faith, and the unwavering belief that no matter how broken you may feel, healing is always and is possible.
